All prescription medications dispensed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Longwood are issued only following a clinical assessment by a qualified prescriber. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our clinical team and are not guaranteed.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within our pharmacy. You must not attempt to obtain prescriptions fraudulently or for use by another person. Our pharmacists review all orders before dispensing. We reserve the right to refuse to dispense any prescription where there is a clinical or safety concern.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery timescales are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or other external factors. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
You have the right to cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by our pharmacy. Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order has been dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and GPhC guidelines.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
